Buyer’s Premium

A one-time fee that covers platform access, identification support, listing guidance, and technical assistance throughout your estate sale. Buyer’s Premium An 18% buyer’s premium is paid by the buyer on all items sold. This allows sellers to retain more of their proceeds compared to traditional estate sale commissions.
